Custom Sales CRM
Built for business development and professional networking at Genesys, the sales tool brings lead research, organization, campaigns, outreach timing, and initiative-specific templates into one coordinated system.
Used in practice
Campaign preparation that could require more than a week of manual research and organization can now be managed through one workflow. The system has coordinated more than 1,000 curated emails, supporting interested responses, active opportunities, and in-person meetings.

Hybrid Athlete System
Originally built to support Max's triathlon training, the system expanded after friends and family began asking to use it. It combines multiple coaching philosophies with weekly performance data to create and adjust training around each athlete.
Personal result
During a two-month personal pilot, repeat running times improved by approximately 9%, average cycling speed over 15 miles increased by 21%, and open-ocean swimming progressed from limited confidence to continuous swims beyond half a mile.

Workbox
Built for Genesys Consulting Associates, Workbox is a Genesys-owned AI work platform designed for customers in its hosted environment. It can read approved business context, create and update work, and complete tasks inside controlled client workflows.
Internal pilot
The platform is model-flexible, allowing Genesys to use the frontier model best suited to each client, user, and job instead of being locked to one provider. It is currently being developed and piloted internally in a controlled hosted environment around real operational work.

Max has spent nearly five years at Genesys Consulting Associates helping companies across industries solve operational problems with practical technology. He has also built internal systems that organize complex data, improve team workflows, and strengthen how client information is handled.
Through AutonoMax Innovations, Max designs and builds mobile products, internal tools, custom CRM systems, and AI agents from the first idea through the working product.
